To ensure the best possible experience and comfort for all our guests, please read and adhere to the following terms:

  1. Payment Terms
     Reservations are confirmed with a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 70% is payable upon arrival via bank transfer.
  2. Cancellations
     In the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
  3. Booking Confirmation
     Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with all details of your reservation.
  4. Use of Facilities
     All facilities and amenities are exclusively for registered guests of Bella Vista Ereikousa.
  5. Hygiene & Safety (COVID-19)
     Enhanced hygiene and safety measures are in place to protect guests and staff. Some services may be temporarily limited or unavailable.
  6. Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in: 13:00

  • Check-out: 11:00

  1. Children
     Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and balconies, for their safety.
  2. Damages
     Any damage to the property or its facilities will be charged accordingly. Guests are expected to treat the property with respect.
  3. Additional Charges
     Prices include parking, electricity, water, cleaning, internet, bed linen, and towels. All local taxes are included.
  4. Complaints
     Any issues or complaints must be reported immediately to the owner or booking manager for resolution. Complaints not reported during the stay will be considered as an acknowledgment of satisfaction.
  5. Disclaimer
     The owner and booking manager accept no liability for injury, illness, loss, damage, or additional expenses, regardless of cause, beyond the total rental amount.
